All orders placed within The Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL. You will receive a tracking code and be able to follow the progress of your order at any time.
Alternatively, you can collect your order from the store on Gierstraat if you so wish at no extra costs or charges.
During the registration of your Ekster & Jay account you will be required to register your personal address information.
If you wish us to ship your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process.
Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping rates are calculated according to your address within your shopping basket and not inclusive of customs and duty fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.

What if your order does not meet your needs? No worries, simply follow the steps below to apply for a return.
If you wish to return your order, please contact us to arrange the return.
Include in your message the following information:
- Your order number
- Your address (for replacement purposes)
- The reason for your return
- Photographic evidence of a faulty or damaged item
- Whether to receive a replacement product, or refund of your money
You will then receive a confirmation email when the request has been accepted to return.

When we have received your order and assessed the reasons for returning, we will issue you with a replacement product (if desired) or refund you the item costs as soon as possible.
Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase. The return shipping will be charged to the customer.
This applies to all products purchased in our web-store, providing they are undamaged and in their original packaging.
