Terms and Conditions

CONFIRMATION
By approving these terms & conditions at confirming your order, a binding agreement is entered into. When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. Should we be unable to deliver in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18. The name and telephone number of the person giving consent shall be entered in the message box at the checkout.

PAYMENT TYPES

CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
We accept payment via iDeal, VISA, MasterCard and V Pay. When paying by card you will be asked for the card number, its period of validity and the CVC code. We use a security standard called 3D-Secure, developed by VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed.

PRICES
All displayed prices include Dutch VAT of 21%. Prices do not include service, payment or delivery charges. Ekster & Jay retains the right to change prices at any time. Prices will be displayed in the following currency: Euro (EUR) LOCAL TAXES

Please note that local charges (customs duty, sales tax) can occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at your own expense.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

RIGHT OF RETURN
Online purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of goods. Just make sure you have followed the correct return procedure as stated in our ‘returns’ section.  You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s), Return costs are at your own expense.

– All original packaging with pricing, labels etc. must be intact.
– No tape is to be attached to the product or the products packaging.
– All products must be returned in a box to protect their original packaging.

Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria will be refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.

Sale items can not be returned or refunded.
